Next week will be the first week for recognizing one student from our class as our
STUDENT OF THE WEEK!
This is a special honor!
The student is voted for by his or her classmates by using a rubric that outlines the characteristics being a good role model and interesting individual.
They will be given a seat of honor at a special desk in our classroom during their week, and will be asked to bring in items and pictures to display on a table during that week. Finally they will "show and tell" about the items on that Friday.
Each student will receive a friendly letter from each of their classmates made into booklet form in order to commemorate their day of recognition.
I will do my best to also record the chosen student's name here, in addition to any photos that they would like posted about their time as Student of the Week!
