Under the Sea!
Our students earn AR ( Accelerated Reader) points by reading books that are on their tested reading level, and then passing AR tests here at school on our computers.
For every test they score 80% or better, they also earn a candy from me.
Mrs. Murdock, our librarian, offers prizes for every "level", which actually equals 6pts in AR.
The following students from our classroom have really taken like "fish to water" in our Underwater Adventure schoolwide reading challenge!
They've already passed the first level by earning 6 or more points!
(These are the first students in the entire school to do so!)
